Airport Pickup Shuttle Available:

FREE SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION from the airport to the hotel starts at 6am and stops at 11pm.  If there is a flight outside of these hours, the Convention attendee can call the hotel for pickup.

    Each vendor space includes up to two six-foot tables and two chairs.

    Please note that food vendors are not permitted. Vendors may begin setting up on Thursday, October 10th, starting at 11:00 AM, and all displays must be fully packed up by 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 12th.

    Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Be sure to designate any dietary restrictions during the registration process.
